The Audit Committee and Board of Directors in their respective meeting held on 24.8.2017, has recommended the appointment of M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP - Chartered Accountants (Firm Regn No. 117366W/W-100018) as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 years from the conclusion of Annual General Meeting to be held in 2017, in the place of existing Statutory Auditors M/s P N Raghavendra Rao & Co, Chartered Accountants, under Section 139 of Companies Act, 2013 read with The Companies (Audit and Auditors) Rules, 2014.
The aforesaid appointment is subject to the approval of Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) and ratification of Members in the subsequent AGMs.
