| Exchange Received Time 23/08/2017 11:21:00 Exchange Disseminated Time 23/08/2017 11:21:06 Time Taken 00:00:06 | Kindly note that pursuant to clause 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 6th September 2017 at 3.00 p.m. inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30th June 2017.
In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from 23.8.2017 to 07.09.2017 (both days inclusive).
Kindly note that the Company is in the process of implementing IND AS from first quarter ended 30th June 2017 onwards. As per clause 2.6.1, the SEBI circular No.CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 5.7.2016, the timeline for submitting the financial results in compliance with the provisions of the circular is extended by one month (i.e., 14th September 2016). Further in clause 2.7 this time limit extension applicable in subsequent phases say 2017-18 also.
Kindly treat this as in compliance with the said Regulation.
