Further, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (the Code) read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed from February 03, 2016 to February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the specified persons covered under the Code. |
