1. The Board has recommended a Dividend of 140% (Rs. 1.40 per equity share of Re. 1/-) for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. Sri Sajan Kumar Bansal has been re-appointed as Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years w.e.f. October 01, 2016 which is subject to the approval of the shareholders. |
