| Exchange Disseminated Time | Prime Urban Development India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 06, 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following business:
1. Considered and approved keeping the Statutory Registers and other secretarial records at a place other than Registered Office of the Company, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.
2. Considered and approved adoption of new set of Articles of Association of the Company, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company to align the same with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
3. Considered and approved making Srivarsha Realtors Pvt. Ltd as wholly owned Subsidiary of the Company by way of making investments in Equity Shares of Srivarsha Realtors Pvt. Ltd.
4. Considered and approved the appointment of Mr. S. Ramanathan, Practicing Chartered Accountant as Scrutinizer for conducting e-voting and ballot voting at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
5. Considered and approved the Nomination and Remuneration Policy of the Company. |
