| Exchange Disseminated Time | MPIL Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 13, 2014 to September 24, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 24, 2014.
Further informed that the Company is also providing E-voting facility obtained from CDSL to all the Members for the business to be conducted at 55th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The voting period begins on September 17, 2014 at 10.00 a.m. and ends on September 19, 2014 at 5.30 p.m. during this period shareholders' of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date of (record date) of September 12, 2014, may cast their vote electronically. |
