1. Co-opted Mr. K.K. Rajagopalan and Dr. RM. Krishnan as additional Directors of the Company.
2. Accepted the resignation of Mr. R. Narayanasamy, Director of the Company with immediate effect.
3. Accepted the resignation of Mr. S Arumugam, Managing Director of the Company and he will be relieved from the services of the Company after serving requisite notice period. |
