| Exchange Disseminated Time | Voltaire Leasing & Finance Ltd has submitted to BSE a Copy of Recommendations of the Committee of Independent Directors (constituted by the Board of Directors of Voltaire Leasing & Finance Ltd, "IDC") on the Open Offer by Mr. Dilip Rajkumar Patodia (“Acquirer”) along with Sidhivinayak Broking Limited (“PAC”) to the shareholders of Voltaire Leasing & Finance Ltd ("Target Company") for acquisition of upto 10,70,680 (Ten lacs Seventy Thousand Six Hundred and Eighty) fully paid-up equity shares of the Target Company, under Regulation 26(7) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 ("SEBI (SAST) Regulations").
