| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier letter dated March 29, 2016 regarding, next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 23, 2016 .
Steel Strips Wheels Ltd has now informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on April 28, 2016 instead of April 23, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 and to recommend final dividend if any for the financial year ending 2015-16.
Further, as per the provisions of the Company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the Code with effect from April 22, 2016 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 to the public (both days inclusive). |
