Please find below, a point wise response: (1) Mr. Ajai Mathur (aged 58) has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from University of Lucknow. He is currently Managing Director and CEO of Urban Mass Transit Company Ltd, which he joined in 2008, and Chief Executive of Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Ltd. He served as Chief Operating Officer of NTBCL from August 2000 to February 2008. He previously held the position of Head of Business Development, India for Voith Hydro GmbH & Co. KG. Mr. Ajai Mathur has been appointed as the Nominee of the Company's promoters, ITNL Toll Management Services Limited. Other than that, he does not have any relationship with any Director on the Board.
