| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, have considered and approved the following matters:
1. The Board of Directors have declared an Interim Dividend on equity shares @ 15% i.e. Re 1.5/- per share on the paid up share capital of the Company for the year 2015-16.
2. The Board of Directors have considered and approved the appointment of M/S Grant Thomton LLP as Internal Auditors of the Company.
3. The Board has formed a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Committee of Board and authorized it to look at acquisition opportunities in India & abroad & take necessary steps to finalize the same. |
