S Chopra & Associates, Chartered Accountants, to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), until the conclusion of the fifth consecutive AGM of the Company to be held in year 2022. The said appointment will be subject to ratification by the Members at every AGM held after this AGM.
