Films and Media Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has in the meeting of Stakeholders Relationship Committee (formerly known as Investor Grievance Committee) of the Board of Directors of the Company held on March 31, 2015 allotted 42,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, by conversion of 42,50,000 warrants, to Skyline Tele Media Services Limited of New Delhi and 42,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, by conversion of 42,50,000 warrants, to B.A.G. Live Entertainment Limited of New Delhi respectively, at a price of Rs. 3.40/- per share (including a premium of Rs. 1.40/- per share). |
