| Exchange Disseminated Time 16/05/2016 19:51:52 | State Trading Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) quarter/year ended on March 31, 2016 and also to consider recommendation of final dividend for FY 2015-16, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Pursuant to this, the Company has decided to close "Trading Window" under "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the State Trading Corporation of India Limited" from May 19, 2016 to May 28, 2016. |
