Sub: Corrigendum in the Annual Report 2016-17
We would like to inform you that subsequent to the dispatch of the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2016-17 and Notice of 25th AGM, the Company has noticed a small printing mistake in the section of Directors' Report under the title of Financial Results on Page No. 9 of the said Annual Report.
In this connection we are enclosing herewith the copy of corrigendum published in today's (i.e. July 27, 2017) Newspapers viz. Business Standard (in English) and Sakal (in Marathi), for your information and records. The corrected soft copy of Annual Report has been uploaded on the website of the Company www.jayantagro.com.
However, we confirm that the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2016-17 will be filed with the stock exchange after it being approved and adopted by the shareholder at the 25th AGM to be held on August 9, 2017.
