| Exchange Disseminated Time | Abirami Financial Services India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on June 24, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2006, the Profit & Loss A/c as on that date alongwith the Schedules and Notes forming part of the accounts, Director's Report, Auditor's Report and Balance Sheet abstract and Company's general business profile.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. L V Anantram, Mrs. Abiraami Arunachalam, Mr. R Varadharajan & Mr. K V Aiyappan as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. K C Sthalasayanam, Chartered Accountant, Chennai as Auditor of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
