- declaration of Interim Dividend, for the financial year ending March 31, 2017 at the rate of Rs. 2.50 per share on the face value of Re. 1 each, out of the profits of the Company.
The said Interim Dividend would be paid to all the equity shareholders of the Company on or before February 23, 2017. |
