1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014;
2. To consider constitution of various committees, if any, of the Company.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014 from May 20, 2014 to May31, 2014. |
