| Exchange Disseminated Time | Dhanlaxmi Fabrics Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve the Special Resolutions by way of Postal Ballot.
1. Alteration of Clause No. III (C): Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
2. Commencing and Undertaking the New Business as stated in the New Inserted clause 53, 54 and 55 of
the Objects Clause III (C) of the Memorandum of Association.
The duly completed form should reach the scrutinizer on or before March 28, 2012 to be eligible for being considered, failing which, it will be strictly treated as if no reply has been received from the member. The Scrutinizer will announce his report to the Chairman after completion of scrutiny and the results of the postal ballot on March 29, 2012 at the registered office of the Company.
