| Exchange Disseminated Time 14/10/2015 18:45:59 | With reference to the earlier communication dated October 07, 2015 regarding Update on divestment in Indian Energy Exchange Limited (IEX), Financial Technologies (India) Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has concluded the sale of 11% equity stake in IEX on fully diluted basis, with M/s. DCB Power Ventures Limited and M/s. Kiran Vyapar Limited, and accordingly 33,36,149 equity shares has been transferred to the above two Purchasers from the Escrow Account with Axis Bank Ltd.
With the conclusion of the above transaction, the Company has completed the sale of 13.60% stake in IEX, on fully diluted basis.
The Company will adhere to the directions of Hon’ble Supreme Court in the captioned subject matter. |
