1. To take on record the audited standalone financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015;
2. To take on record the unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015;
Further, pursuant to the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed from December 30, 2015 upto forty eight hours after the announcement of results to the Stock Exchanges. |
