| Exchange Disseminated Time 16/01/2017 16:37:40 | Goldiam International Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.
In view of the above and pursuant to clause 6 of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders of the Company, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for dealing in the Company's scrip by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from January 17, 2017 till completion of 48 working hours after the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 are made public. |
