| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/02/2017 15:57:38 | Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on February 13, 2017, have considered a proposal to transfer various investments held by the Company in the investee Brands, to a subsidiary company and authorised the Committee of Directors to explore and evaluate options for monetization of such Investments as well as monetization by getting potential investor at subsidiary company level, subject to necessary approval of the Shareholders by way of postal ballot and in accordance with applicable regulations.
There is no certainty of any transactions until such time the Committee of Directors reviews and approves the final proposal. |
