| Exchange Disseminated Time | Tarapur Transformers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2011, inter alia, transacted the following :
1. Circular resolution dated September 23, 2011 passed by the Board of Directors regarding appointment of Mr. Mrugen Harishchandra Shah as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) of the Company with effect from September 23, 2011 was noted. He is also appointed as a member of Audit Committee, Shareholders' Grievance Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company.
2. The IPO Committee constituted on September 01, 2009 has been dissolved with effect from November 14, 2011. |
