| Exchange Disseminated Time | Media Matrix Worldwide Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2012 has appointed Mr. Bharat Bhushan Chugh as Whole time Director designated as Director (Finance) w.e.f.
May 28, 2012. Further, Mr. Pulkit Vimal Mehta has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. May 28, 2012.
Mr. Manish Khanna, Manager of the Company has resigned from the post of Manager w.e.f. May 28, 2012.
M/s. Digi Services Private Limited and M/s. DigiCall Teleservices Private Limited subsidiaries of the Company have become the wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company w.e.f. May 28, 2012.
M/s. DigiCall Global Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of M/s. Digicall Teleservices Private Limited which itself is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. By virtue of this M/s. Digicall Global Private Limited has also become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. May 28, 2012.
