| Exchange Disseminated Time | Scooters India Ltd has informed BSE that the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company will be held on September 30, 2011, at 3.00 p.m. at Gandhi Bhawan Auditorium, Opposite Shaheed Smaarak, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, Lucknow, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To receive, consider and adopt the Directors’ Report, the Auditors Report and the Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2011.
2. To appoint a director in place of Mr. P R Sarkar, who retires by rotation and being eligible has offered himself for re-appointment.
3. To appoint as Statutory Auditors appointed by Comptroller &Auditor General of India (C &AG) under section 619(2) of the said act, for the year 2011-12.
