1. Recommendation of Final Dividend @ 25% (Rs. 0.50 paise) per equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
2. The Board took on record the resignation of Mr. Irshad Mirza from the office of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.
3. The Board considered and approved the appointment of Mr. V. T. Cherian as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.
