| Exchange Disseminated Time | PNB Gilts Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 23, 2014 to August 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 30, 2014.
If declared, the date of payment of dividend shall be September 23, 2014.
In pursuance of Clause 35B of Listing Agreement and Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company is providing e-voting facility to its shareholders. Cut-off date for voting / e-voting shall be July 18, 2014. E-voting period shall commence on August 24, 2014 at 9:00 am and ends on August 26, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. |
