We would inform you that the same has been postponed further due to applicability of Ind-As for the first year and as mentioned in the circular no CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05, 2016.
Pursuant to regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listed obligation and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation 2015, LODR please find the attached copy of the Notice of Board meeting for the purpose of considering unaudited Quarterly result for the period along with the Limited Review report for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2017.
