| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sambandam Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that Sri V. Mahadevan, an independent director on the Board from March 26, 2004 has tendered his resignation from the Board as well as from the Audit Committee on account of his continued ill-health.
The Board of Director of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2014 has accepted his resignation. The Board has inducted Sri S. Gnanasekharan, as an independent director in the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Sri V. Mahadevan. He has also been nominated to the Audit Committee. Sri S.
