| Exchange Received Time 11/09/2017 15:03:17 Exchange Disseminated Time 11/09/2017 15:03:23 Time Taken 00:00:06 | Pursuant to applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) conducted search on 9 September 2017 in connection with First Information Report No. RC2172017A0021 relating to clearance given for diversion of forest land in Saranda Forest, Singhbhum District in Jharkhand in alleged violation of Forest (Conservation Act), 1980 in 2012. The officers from CBI visited the Company's Corporate Office & other offices and the residence of the Managing Director of the Company on 9 September 2017 to collect the documents in the said matter.
The Company co-operated with them and provided the necessary documents.
The Company will update the developments in the matter to the stock exchanges.
