This is to inform you that the 21st Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 18th August, 2017 at Air Force Auditorium, Subroto Park, New Delhi-110010 at 12:30 P.M.
Further, we also wish to inform you that pursuant to the section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, 12th August, 2017 to Friday, 18th August, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and to ascertain the entitlement of the members of the Company for the payment of dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended on 31st March 2017.
