| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/01/2017 17:28:12 | Bank of Maharashtra has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on January 31, 2017, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2016.
Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window shall remain closed for the Directors and Designated employees of the Bank from January 16, 2017 to February 02, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
