| Exchange Disseminated Time | Dynamatic Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 27, 2013, Mr. S. Govindarajan and Dr. K. Aprameyan, Directors of the Company, retired by rotation and in accordance with the Company’s policy on age criteria for election to the Board, the said Directors were not re-appointed. It has been resolved not to fill the vacancy created such retirement.
At the Board Meeting of the Company held on September 27, 2013, Mr. Nalini Ranjan Mohanty was appointed as an Additional Director of the Company under section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013. |
