| Exchange Disseminated Time | HB Stockholdings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on February 11, 2015, inter alia, to approve the Un-Audited Financial Accounts for the Third Quarter and Nine months period ended on December 31, 2014.
The Board shall also approve the Text of Un-audited Financial Results for the 3rd Quarter and 9 months period ended on December 31, 2014 and authorise for publication and dissemination of Results.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the 'Trading window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and designated Employees of the Company from January 28, 2015 to February 13, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Result for the 3rd Quarter and Nine months ended on December 31, 2014. |
