- To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, as per code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company, for the purpose of approval of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 the Trading Window will remain closed from May 18, 2016 till conclusion of 48 hours after the announcement of the results on May 27, 2016 for all directors/officers and designated employees of the Company.
The trading window will be re-opened from May 30, 2016. |
