1. Mr. Mahender Singh Arora, Managing Director, has decided to leave the Company and has accordingly submitted his resignation. the Board of Directors has accepted his resignation and consented to relieve him of his responsibilities effective close of business hours on July 24, 2013. The Board will announce his successor in due course.
2. appointed Mr. Pushkar Madhav Natu as an Additional Director of the Company.
3. Mr. D.V. Kapur, Independent Director, has submitted his resignation. and the Board of Directors has accepted his resignation w.e.f. July 24, 2013. |
