In order to fill the vacancy in the office of Managing Director, Mr. Hitesh Shah, an Executive Director of the Company, is promoted to the post of Managing Director of the Company for tenure of five years from April 01, 2017 to March 31, 2022. Mr. Hitesh Shah has over 20 years of experience in gems and Jewellery business. At present he is having responsibility of overall operational activities including overseeing of finance, accounting and merchandising.
