Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders (the Code) read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed from November 14, 2016 to November 23, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the specified persons covered under the Code. |
