| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated September 23, 2011 and September 26, 2011 regarding Leased land at Hyderabad, Gulf Oil Corporation Ltd has now informed BSE that by an Order dated December 03, 2011, the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, in a Writ Petition filed by the Company challenging the Tribunal's order of September 17, 2011, passed the following order :
"In the meanwhile, the parties will maintain status-quo with regard to possession until disposal of the writ petition particularly since the petitioner has been in possession of the suit lands since 1964. The application stands disposed of ". |
