| Exchange Disseminated Time | MT Educare Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has entered into a Business Purchase Agreement dated October 25, 2012 with Tree House Education And Accessories Limited, for the sale/transfer of Company’s play school business carried under the brand "Global Champs" as a going concern, including all the rights and liabilities relating to the play school division, assets, intellectual property rights and all ancillary and consequential rights arising therefrom.
Further, the completion of sale/transfer of play school business is subject to approval of the shareholders through postal ballot, the results of which shall be declared on November 02, 2012. |
