| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/07/2016 11:36:21 | Superhouse Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday the August 13, 2016, at 2.00 P. M. at the Head Office of the Company at D-15/B, Industrial Area, Phase-II, Unnao - 209 801, inter alia, to consider under mentioned business:
1. To consider Annual Financial Statement including Consolidated Annual Financial Statement and annexure thereof for the year ended March 31, 2016.
2. To decided book closure for payment of dividend.
3. To consider Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016.
With regard to the above mentioned business, the “Trading Window" of the Company will remain closed from July 30, 2016 to August 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. It is clarified that "Trading Window of the Company will remain closed only for the Directors/Officer designated employees of the Company alongwith their respective immediate relatives, persons having contractual and fiduciary relationship including but not limited to auditors, law firms, analysts and consultants, shall not involve in any transaction for dealing/trading in the securities of the company during the period when trading window is closed as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. This is however not applicable for the general investors and the trading will be open for them. |
