| Exchange Disseminated Time | Stovec Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended on March 31, 2014. Further the 40th Annual General Meeting of the company is also scheduled to be held on May 13, 2014 for declaration of Final Dividend and to consider the others items listed in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
Further, As per the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading; the Trading Window is closed as per Notice dated: April 17, 2014 and April 27, 2014 and will be closed for above purpose also from May 06, 2014 to May 14, 2014 (both days inclusive). However the Trading Window will continue to remain closed beyond May 14, 2014 until further intimation. |
