| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to earlier announcement dated November 26, 2014 regarding Sale of stake in MCX Stock Exchange Ltd (MCX-SX), Financial Technologies (India) Ltd , has informed BSE that the Company has entered into an amendment to the Share Purchase and Warrant Agreement with Dr. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala for the sale of additional 1,65,000 equity shares for a consideration of Rs. 2,47,500/-.
Post completion of the above transaction, the Company would completely exit MCX-SX.
Further, the name of M/s. Edelweiss Financial Services Limited mentioned in Company's above referred earlier letter, shall be read as Edelweiss Commodities Services Limited. |
