| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shree Rama Multi Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 12, 2006, approved the appointment of Mr Sharad C Jariwala, as the Whole Time Director of the Company, for a period of three years w.e.f. June 27, 2006, on remuneration terms and conditions.
Further the company has informed that it proposes to make the application to the Central Government for its approval under section 269 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 1956. |
