1. Mr. Vimal Kumar Patni has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from March 28, 2011.
2. Mr. Virendra Kumar Jain has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from March 28, 2011.
3. Mr. Ajit Kumar Patni has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from March 28, 2011.
4. Mr. Rohit Patni has been appointed as Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from March 28, 2011 and shall be Non-Executive Promoter Director of the Company.
5. Mr. Ankit Patni has been appointed as Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from March 28, 2011 and shall be Non-Executive Promoter Director of the Company. |
