| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of’ Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2014, inter alia, to take on record and approve the un-audited financial results for the fifth quarter ended on December 31, 2013 of the extended Financial Year ending March 31, 2014, comprising of 18 months period from October 01, 2012 to March 31, 2014.
Further, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Audit Committee of Directors will also be held on the same date prior to the aforementioned Board Meeting to discuss and review the aforesaid quarterly financial results.
Further, pursuant to Company’s Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading 2002 (as amended upto February 11, 2012), the Trading Window will be closed for trading of Company’s equity shares for Directors/Employees including Designated Employees from February 06, 2014 and would remain closed until 24 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the fifth quarter ended on December 31, 2013 of the extended Financial Year ending March 31, 2014. |
