| Exchange Disseminated Time | Nahar Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court vide its Order dated August 17, 2006 has directed the Company that separate meeting(s) of the Equity Shareholders, Secured and Unsecured creditors be held for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving with or without modification, the composite scheme of Demerger and Arrangement between the Company, Nahar Spinning Mills Ltd and Nahar Capital and Financial Services Ltd.
In pursuance of the said order and as directed therein, the Company has also informed that the meeting(s) of the equity shareholders, secured creditors and unsecured creditors of the Company will be held on October 07, 2006 under the Chairmanship of Sh. R K Chhibbar, Chairman appointed for the meetings by the Hon'ble High Court. |
