1. Considered and reviewed the utilization of funds raised through the IPO.
2. Considered and approved incorporation of new SPV Company for the project of "rehabilitation and up-gradation of NH-66 (Erstwhile NH-17) from km 406/030 to km 450/170 (Kalmath to Zarap section), four lane with paved shoulder in the state of Maharashtra under NHDP phase - iv on a hybrid annuity basis"
3. Considered and approved the authorisation to provide undertaking to the authority on behalf of project "rehabilitation and up-gradation of NH-66 (Erstwhile NH-17) from km 406/030 to km 450/170 (Kalmath to Zarap section), four lane with paved shoulder in the state of Maharashtra under NHDP phase - iv on a hybrid annuity basis". |
