Further, in terms of provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st February, 2018 till completion of 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2017 are submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company.
